I want to feed the video output from my dvd player to my vcr video input as
well as the video input to my tv. Should I use a video splitter to feed both
or is paralleling to both devices ok?

If a splitter is required can I use a 75ohm tv antenna splitter otherwise
can someone point me to a circuit.... thanks, Don

** No such thing as a "video splitter" - you mean a video distribution
amplifier.

Parallelling video inputs will give poor results.

** Antenna splitters are for ( guess what) antennas.

Your DVD likely has s-video as well as a composite output - maybe you
can use both.

Or go from the DVD to the TV in and then to the VCR (assuming the TV has a
video out as well as in).

If you do not mind having VCR on all the time, run from DVD to VCR, then
from VCR to TV.
Make sure that DVD does not have Macrovision or you will not get good
picture.
