Verilog simulator validation suites

Are there any Verilog language validation suites available, either for
free or for sale? I believe we already have the regression test suite
for Icarus Verilog (and some small tests of our own and some working
designs), but would like more. We will be testing our own in-house
simulator.

There are many commercial test suite out there, but they will all cost
you your arms and legs.
