Verilog PicoBlaze tutorial?

Hi,
I'm looking for a Verilog PicoBlaze tutorial. anyone know where i can
find one?

i'm loooking at the JTAG loader quick guide.pdf file and it's giving
me some steps although they
aren't very clear to me. I'm looking at the startup project that ships
with the Spartan 3e Starter kit
cause it uses PicoBlaze and have edited the .psm file so that the LCD
will say something that i want.
now that i've done this, i just have to load the program.
the .pdf says:
1 - Replace the ROM_form.vhd (or ROM_form.v) file in your project
directory.
+I don't have this file, it didn't come inside of the startup
project's directory. :/

2 - Assemble your program to create new VHDL (or Verilog) file.
+erm what? i've assembled the .psm before but these steps are
confusing well i ran the assembler
and got some .dat files and others.

3 - Add the ‘reset’ to the instantiation of the the program ROM and
connect to the PicoBlaze.
+huh?

whoops!! looks like there's a whole section on it waaaaay towards the
