We have just released a plugin for eclipse which supports Verilog and
VHDL. It supports all of the basic editing functionality with numerous
advanced features like real time syntax error highlighting, code
completion, context based searching, basic refactoring and many
others.

Please check it out at http://simplifide.com

Has anyone gotten this to work? The link for eclipse

returns a 404.

Yes, did all that, doesn't work. I already have Eclipse installed.

Eclipse just responds with 'Contacting Simplifide..' and doesn't respond.

In order to troubleshoot, I copied and pasted the Update Site URL into a
browser. I would expect a status code of either 200 or a 302 redirect to
a login. I received a 404, with an indication that I do not have access
to the requested web page.

I had to do it from home to get it to work, didn't work through the
corporate firewall.
