Verilog Coding Guidelines

Hi all,
I wanted to know about different verilog coding guidelines you guys
follow. and the tools u guys might be using for RTL coding. That would
be very helpful for me... I have searched google and found some
guidelines..

For RTL coding, LEDA is a good tool,
