variable capacitor needed

hi, im looking at building the circuit shown on
http://www.nelnickrobotics.com/df_robot.html, ive found all the parts i need
with the exception of the 20-400pf capacitor. Does anyone know where i can
get one in the uk? ive tried bardwells, maplin, farnell, and rswww and
couldnt find one. Any suggestions?
