using analog artist to simulate a certian MC run?

Hi,

I have been searching the group for an answer to the question:

How do I run, in analog artist using spectre, a certian monte carlo
iteration, assuming the seed is the same and is 1?

I would like to do this to see what the op points are for the circuit
at the particular process & mismatch skew.

Sam

You would go to the monte carlo form, specify the specific run number as the
start run, and tell it to just do 1 run.

However, you can't then annotate operating point data on the schematic if you do
it this way (there's a PCR for that), which is probably what you're trying to
do, I suspect?

Andrew.

Andrew,

Thanks, that is exactly what I wanted to do. I am a little surprised
that this feature has not been implemented yet.

And as always, thanks for your time and knowledge Andrew.
