USB on cellphone and GPS

Hi, I have a nokia 6230 phone which has a connector at the buttom. Here is
the diagram:

There is also a usb cable (as shown in the diagram) that connects to the PC.
It is possible at all to interface a serial or USB gps unit to this port?

What is required?
