USB EEPROM Programmer

I'm looking for a cheap way of programming a EEPROM (or any other
re-writable memory device) with a USB connection... is there anybody who can
help me?

ART do a couple of USB based programmers EPP-3 and EPP-4. Their website
is : http://www.artbv.nl If you are in the UK Maplin stock these although
the EPP-3 is Ł150 ish
