Job Description:
The Instrumentation and Controls Engineer is responsible for supporting I & E equipment in the organization. Primary duties include troubleshooting equipment via the telephone and/or traveling to the job site, assisting in the design and execution of instrumentation and electrical projects, and writing required technical manuals for end users. Engineer will be required to research and develop programs utilizing automated equipment to optimize production.
REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. Electrical Engineering or related
3 + years in PC hardware and MS Office, exp with OPT0 22 CYRANO CONTROLS software and PLC programs
Programming skills in C, Basic, and MS Access strongly desired.
Ability to draw electrical schematic drawings using ACAD is a must.
EXTENSIVE TRAVEL REQUIRED
SKILLS: PLCs (Programmable Controls), A-B PLCs (Allen Bradley), Opto22, Dredging, Automate (Automated), Instrumentation & Controls
