This is just a spin off of a new study of Fourier, the notorious scam
artist who started the global "greenhouse effect" conspiracy which now
involves every university on the planet except Liberty U.

Here's how to argue your case in traffic court:

Judge: OK, Mr. Speeder, you may now cross examine the officer.

You: Officer, you claim you caught me on radar.

Officer: Yes, and I have the calibration certificate right here.

You: Whoooooa! Before we even get to your silly "calibration
certificate" you must first prove that match filtering works.

Officer: Huh?

You: And before you can prove that you must prove that the frequency
domain even exists in the first place.

Officer: WTF?

You: By now everyone knows or should know that the very same
disreputable fraud that came up with the "greenhouse effect" also
invented the "frequency domain" which is highly suspect.

Judge (signaling bailiff): You want a little time to reconsider you
argument in jail?

At this point you run to the window and jump out.

Not only that, but because planet earth is orbiting the sun at over
60,000 mph, 20 mph over the speed limit is just 300ppm - a trace amount
indistinguishable from the background noise.

For these to really work in you have to overwhelm them with a
combination of several things, i.e., for a birther you'd say, "ever
notice you never see Obama and ET at the same press conference
together?"

With the exception of judges who are exposed highly concentrated
nonsense every day, most sane people cannot multi task fast enough to
decide how to respond so they laugh.
