Hi everyone,
Looks like I am not alone with this one.
I too am after a TZ 1239 Line Transistor out of a GE RGD Imager Data
Projector - around 1990-91.
Does anybody have any ideas of even an equivalent?.
This transistor is designed to switch the EHT pulses to the LOPT (Line
output Transformer), which in turn delivers the 25 KV (appr.) to the
Electron Guns.
This particular tranny has gone short (B-C / B-E / C-E. So I'll have
more trouble down the track as yet.
