Tunnel Diode TD-253

Does anybody have some tunneldiodes of the type TD253A or TD253B??
Or does know of a replacement for these, or where to order (I'm in germany)?

Specs are:

Peak-point 130mV, 8.5-11.5 mA
Valley-point 425mV, 2.2 mA

Positive answers are largely welcome... ;-)
