I am a beginning hobbyist with minimal soldering skills. Can someone suggest
a supplier for some form of affordable adapter that would allow me to use a
TSOP IC on a regular prototyping board (specifically the Winbond WTS701 TSOP
56 pinText-to-Speech chip)?
As a more general question - it appears that most new IC's are designed for
surface mount technology. How can a hobbyist practically utilize these chips
for breadboarding/prototyping?
