Trying to ID a Weller soldering iron kit

A guy I know wants to sell this rig, and I'm thinking about buying it, but I
can't quite ID its model or specific purpose. I haven't seen a kit like this
before.

He says the only markings are on the iron and it's a TCP-1. I know those--just
never seen the rest of the outfit. Any idea what something like this would be
worth?
