Trying to ID a diode.

I've found a diode that suits an application and it was removed from
a board some time back but don't now which one I'm afraid.
It's a large power build and marked :
31DF
6.2D
and hasn't a logo. I've searched using different engines but can't get
any response for this one. Any ideas out there please?

Thanks for that, Phil.
That pdf file had problems but managed one a bit better using a search
for FRD 31DF6 now that you had given me the manufacturer's name.
Mind telling me how you searched for this as it had me stumped without
a logo?

** I just used "31DF6" as the heading - the PDF was the third hit.

I figured the " .2D " bit was superfluous.
