trying to fix Yamaha electronic piano keyboard

I have a Yamaha electronic piano model PSR-47 which has a couple of adjacent
keys that don't work. the switches are the type that have two interlocking
blackened zig-zags etched onto the PCB and then a rubber membrane shaped
like a row of tiny inverted "bottles" which have a black carbonated "cap" on
the end of each bottle. I can make the note play if I short the zig-zags
with a screwdriver but the caps on these two keys don't do the job. I tried
a tiny piece of tinfoil stuck to the bottom of the faulty bottle caps but I
get switch bounce (several notes for one strike) I welcome suggestions about
how I might fix the keyboard or if there is anyone in here that services
these things, where could I get a new membrane?

Thanks,
Pete

Your source for any of the parts is the Yamaha authorized service centre for
your area. You must get in touch with Yamaha or one of their dealers to
find out. You would be best off to give them the keyboard and let them
service it. This way you will have some type of warranty for the parts and
work done.

Look at the contact strips and see if they are in sections of 12 contacts or
if it's one loooong piece.

You will need to change them either way.
