I have problems with S-RAM memory chips of BSI typ BS62LV4007SC(I)P55.
The elements are used in a disturbance recorder. They are supplied
through a lithium battery at power failure. Some of these chips fail
from time to time. Somebody made similar experiences with these
chips ?
