How would one wire up such an adapter?

3 wires -> 2 wires = 1 left over???

Be careful if the triax is for broadcast camera use. I believe that the
triax cables has voltage on one of the inner conductors to power the camera.

How would one wire up such an adapter?

3 wires -> 2 wires = 1 left over???

Be careful if the triax is for broadcast camera use. I believe that the
triax cables has voltage on one of the inner conductors to power the camera.
Inner shield => BNC Shield, Pin => BNC Pin? This is for a voltmeter so
only two wires are needed.
