Looking around for a Triac to use on 415v to switch a coil on a contactor,
(just the 'garden' variety contactor). Can't see much in the trade cats for
stuff here in WA, I'm working on min spec 800v. Does that sound OK ?? if so
can anyone recommend a suitable device, it will be driven by a MOC3021.

** Farnell have the BTA08-800C, which is classed a 5 volt logic/ sensitive
gate type.

800 volts, 8 amps and 25 mA triggering plus isolated tab.

Cat 302-3230 for a measly $3.76 plus.
