1) Transparent (Transparency > 70%)
2) Ductile
3) Melleable
4) Cheap

perhaps something similar like transparent paint ?

I am doing a Security Window project for myself, for findinng out whether
there have been any attempt to crack it

A search for "transparent conductive film" on google yeilds dozens of
possibilities, including colloids (paint). Normally you'd coat the window
glass with indium-tin oxide under high vacuum. If your panes are small,
you might be able to convince an art-glass coater to do it for you. Most
can't do more than about 1 foot square, or thereabouts.
