Not knowing your language, i am making wild guesses as to what you are
seeking.
1) One should be able to find transistor data sheets that give
characteristic curves of collector current as a function of vollector
voltage at various base drive currents.
2) For some of the theory, look to the Early effect and the standard
Ebers-Moll equations as used in the variants of SPICE.

The language looks like Polish to me, but it might be another Slav
