Does anybody know a replacement type.
It seems to be an NPN type. Emittor (?) at 18 V ; Collector (?) at a
resistor of about 100 ohms and a earphone.

2SC1013
My database says:
Mitsubishi
Short discription:
NF/S-L, 35V, 1.5A, 7W, 70MHz
Comparison types:
(BD507, BD517, BD525, BD839)
Footnote on the comparison types:
the differing pin assignment possibly requires different assembly

The transistor seemes to have a metal tab (flange) for a screw.

Is this the one you have.

No, it's a small case. I replace it by a npn BC337 and the mixer runs again.
Thanks for the help
