Any one know of a good transistor equivalent website? i did a google search
but nothing helped & I was too busy with work, to carry on
searching...looking for equivalents to 2SD965 out of a Panasonic TV.

2SD965 Si-N NF, 40V, 5A, 0.75W, 150MHz
Possible equiv are - 2SC3671, 2SD1145, 2SD1244, 2SD2249

Usage = audio, high current, general purpose
Pinout = BCE
Manufacturer = Matsushita

No Euro or USA equivalents listed.

yeh actually that's what i was lookin for too =)
I know there's books out there that you can buy, but they seem pretty
expensive!

hopefully someone out there knows!
