Toshiba vcr help

Hi. I have a Toshiba V 752 vcr. Brand new but did not work unable to
play videos or remove video from machine. Display just says either
"auto" or "test".
Had it repaired and worked fine for a week now exactly the same
problem again. Is there an easy fix?

If you just had it fixed a week ago and it has "exactly the same problem
again"......
......do NOT take it apart or do anything to the unit that may void the
service warranty.....
You should take it back to the service shop immediately.
