White flashing interference specks on pback Tap board or tuner can
or flex board and it goes away. Have looked with illuminated
magnifying glass but cannot find dry joints or PCB cracks.
Anyone come across this one b/for.

There is a cold solder. These are difficult to find. You will have to work
at it. For the very tough ones, we find a way to force the problem (holding
the board, or whatever with some pressure), and troubleshoot for the fault,
as if it was permanent. This way it is usually possible to zero in on the
fault. If the amount of time involved adds to more than the value of the
board or module, a complete replacement will be installed.

No, No Cold solder joint just a bad Earth (ground)
Copper plate under deck.
