Toshiba DVD not working...

Toshiba SD-K610 DOES NOT EJECT TRAY NOR DOES IT TURN OFF UNLESS THE AC PLUG IS
REMOVED. Any help here will be helpful or the SCHEMATIC for this unit will
help...

I have a SD-3750 That has the same problem but mine finally stopped
ejecting. dose anyone have a service manual for the Toshiba SD-3750 or
SD-K700
