picture on set is streched from middle to top and is sqaushed and
reversed from bottom to middle. Also the menus and channel displays
roll. everything seems to work on this set but the picture. any ideas
or suggestions would be much appreciated.
 
Vertical problem, esr the caps in the vertical section and possible will
need the output device also.

Replace C305 2.2u 50v & C342 1u 50v and C308 220 Uf At 50 Located Next To
Vertical Output Ic

Have never seen a rolling OSD problem on these.....usually a missing sync
signal to the Micro would cause this.

Might be some electrolyte on the circuit board or some corrosion as a
result. Look at the spots under the caps to see how far it migrated, clean
the board and repair any connections carefully.
