Toshiba CF2011J horizontal bright strip

unit was in storage for 3mths
now there is a horizontal bright strip with no adjustment
no difference with cable\tv antenna
cant make out any on screen display

anyone with repair info or schematics ?

You've lost vertical deflection, don't run it like that or you'll burn in
the tube. Problem may be as simple as cracked soldering on the vertical
output chip, worst case the vert chip is fried, either way it's a relatively
inexpensive repair, Toshiba makes a pretty good set.
 
try replaceing C301 ,C305 both of them is2.2uf 50v and solder pin on your
vert chip.
