Toshiba 27a41c NO-COLOR

Hi Guys, the set is working good but no color only black/white, i get
color with the on screen menu, so tube must be good!!! Any idea???? i
don't have schematic of it!!!!!

Someone turned the color all the way down in the user menu.
Beyond that need some kind of troubleshooting information as the most
common causes are all covered by standard troubleshooting practices.
