Tool for PCB manufacturing

I found this link online and I wanted to know if you knew anything about it or what you thought about it:

Well, probably a spammer as no record of any previous posts back to 2008
(GigaNews). Plus that device only does surface mount. No use to me.

I do like the looks of the small CNC milling machines on eBay for around
$500 - $750.

Probably worth while for the small shop, plus you can plate the
feedthrough holes yourself.

Fascinating...I have a number of small projects that these tools would
be of value to get.

So, does anyone here use one of these CNC tools for building circuit
boards and are they practical?

design stage.

Build your own, there are plenty of designs floating around and
multiple forums. There are even homebrew pick & place with homebrew
component feeders.

CNCzone is one place to start. There are dirt cheap CNC controller
breakout boards or complete controllers on Ebay. There are literally
tons of junked large photocopiers for a source of stepper motors & the
driver ICs. There is a G-code to Arduino project, and Linux CNC, a free
CAD program to run a CNC. This is the path I'm investigating.
