To automatically insert PCELL in gds

Hi ,

I am a newbie to design community so please excuse me if my question
is naive or have already been answered .

a logo contain an Pcell and some TEXT ( a part number ) say ZX2345 .
What i do till now is that manually pick the
Letters place it accordingly . I want to write a skill program which
would take the number .i.e. ZX2345 and Pick the letters from my
existing Pcell combine with comapny logo . and produce a complete
logo

i.e. Input to this skill shoul be the ( TEXT , name of the library
in which company logo is streamed in , library name having all the pre
made letter ) and output the complete logocell
