"Tiny" PWM for <.04A to 40V

Is anyone aware of a "really small" PWM chip which will handle up
to 40 ma, with a Vmax of 40VDC?

My search attempts find many, but all are too large. (Need
something about SOT23 5 or 6 pin) OR smaller.
