I have a drawer full of what i think
is a transistor..
i can not find specs,replacement or anything any
where to tell what they are but look like a special
transistor, the case is a brown dome with a gray dot
on the top and dark blue on the bottom.
3 legs (gold).
its made by taxes instruments.
it has a PNP symble on the paper package that they sit in.
i don't know if that really means anything!
can some one give me alittle data on this thing?
