It is hard to find and very expensive now. I got price from France and
price quoted was $350.00 each. I found one source in california
(www.theheadway.com) and they have few in stock.

All TI LED display TIL306, TIL308, TIL311 are hard to find now.

Those are the LED readouts with the built in decoder/latch and maybe
counter?

If this is something you are building, the obvious solution is to
use something else. They were neat devices because of the density,
but they were always costly, and I don't think they saw all that much
use. It might have been tedious to wire up all the individual ICs,
but the individual ICs were certainly cheap.

The actual function is easy to get, even if you won't get that
small a replacement solution.

If this is to repair something using them, replacing with a workalike
will be problematic, but it may still be the best solution. It will
be tough to figure out how you can work multiple ICs into where one
display fits, and even get the display and a means of extending
the pins to a daughter board (where you'd keep the actual decoder/latch
and maybe counter), but the replacement circuitry will be straightforward.

That's the good thing about those displays. They were pretty much
the equivalent of standard TTL ICs, so replacing them will be easy.
