Three questions about SpiceOPUS

Hi
Maybe someone knows, are there some examples of mixed-signal
(normal models connected with code models) circuits for
SpiceOPUS/XSpice? For example, how use switch with output node type
"gd"? Examples other than, this on SpiceOPUS website.
Is there some clear and detailed document describing
progamming capabilities of Spice3f5, (something like "let" "alter"
etc.) with examples.
And last one... This makefiles (with SpiceOPUS) for compiling
code models, have worked for someone? I've try it under WindowsXP and
VisualC 6 with SP5, and makefile produced plenty of errors. Under
Linux makefile wants something like "egcc", but I don't have one and I
can't find it.

thanks for any help
