The instance `M1' is referencing an undefined model or subci

I am trying to simulate NOT using pmos and nmos from analog lib. there are error like
The instance `M1' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `nmos'. Either include the file containing the definition of `nmos', or define `nmos' before running the simulation.
ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 14: The instance `M0' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `pmos'. Either include the file containing the definition of `pmos', or define `pmos' before running the simulation.
I am not able to get what to do
please help

hi,
try using your devices from technology library like tsmc180,tsmc130.
not from analog lib
