the best configuration for stripline on 10Gbps

I plane to transmit 10Gbps CML data over stripline from a SMA
connector to a BGA chip.
The question is whether I have to use VIA from top layer to mid-layer
on the BGA side or there is other ways and what happens to the signal
integrity if I use VIA on 10Gbps signals?

Is this for an Iranian missile guidance system? If so, use lots of vias -
the more the better.
