.............,but the problem is the trade off's between gain,BW,....
which i can't solve all the requirements
also i have a problem that most useful sites that have papers of
interest requires a visa card and i have to buy the file i want
which is difficult to me
but i will try and hope to reach an acceptable results

It depends on what kind of technology you are using. 20 dB gain is
pretty low, 10M bandwidth is not high either. 3 v supply should be
more than sufficient.
