TFT TV noise

Hi, I have a small 5,6" TFT TV which make a continue noise from speakers.
If I connect earphone the noise goes there, so I presume that the noise is
not from speakers but from amplifier !!!?. Is there any way to stop it (by
using a filter or something else) Can you give me a clue what filter I have
to use and where I have to connect it.

Probably little SMD electrolytic capacitors on the amplifier or main
PCB have failed . Swap them all , see if it goes away .
