Yeah, except there wasn't any corroborating evidence linking Mark
Grennan's persona to MeatPlow's persona.

What really gave it away was the antennas, the tornado, the oil
business, and Charles Novins.

Having a background in Amateur Radio myself, I immediately recognized
the antennas on William Malone Griffith, Jr.'s house to be exactly
what MeatPlow had described on usenet. And they show up nicely on the
Bing map, too.

Then I got to listening to the National Weather Service in Cleveland
on 6 as they received reports from hams via SKYWARN, and lo and
behold, who should pop up but N8NCX! MeatPlow had described how he was
a weather-spotter at times for SKYWARN, talking to the NWS.

In fact, you should be on there now, unless someone else is doing it,
the area is under a severe thunderstorm watch, with tornado warnings
to the southwest.

That led me to investigate yer description of the tornado of April
2002, which corroborated yer location, neatly tying yer real-life
persona to yer online persona.

And yer description of yer father starting an oil business, and
explaining how you'd been in the oil business, provided even more
corroborating evidence tying yer real-life persona to yer online
persona.

Then, of course, was the Novins grovelfest of an apology letter, where
you outed yerself and yer family.

So, it was a simple matter to collate all this data into an easily
readable format, and out a harassing, libeling, defaming asshole with
solid evidence.

There is only ONE person in the entire US who has a father who started
an oil company, who has two very specific antennas on their roof, who
went through a near-miss with a big tornado, who talks to the NWS at
times on 6 meters, who rides a Harley Davidson Sporty XL1200C, and who
has been forced to issue a groveling letter of apology to an attorney
for being a harassing, defaming, libeling fucktard.
