hi frends, iam new to this group, i just want to now do any one having
8 channel or 16 bit channel temperature data logger data sheets, or any
basic tutorial or any links to this, if any one of you just put this in
the board, it would be very greatful for me. thanks a lot hav a gud day

Depending on your temperatures, you could use 8X or 16X temp. sensor ICs

or thermocouples or thermistors, although they'd need more buffering, and
an 8- or 16-channel ADC board, and write some logging software.
