telephone strobe

Anyone know how to connect a strobe light to a phone
(For a deaf person can use phone with induction sw. on hearing aid but
can't hear ring)

You can purchase a suitable device from many electronic stores , it

detects the ring pulse and switches the out put suitably isolated from
the potts.

Indeed, and Telstra is as good a place to start as anywhere, especially
as you can get a subsidy.
