You might try emailing their service support people if you cannot find any
listing for your scope.Somebody at TEK probably still has a copy.Or call
the TEK Service Center(cal lab) and ask to speak to a tech.

There is a Tek FAQ about the field-adjustment software at:

There is also a Tek ftp download site at ftp://ftp.tek.com/mbd/ .
(Maybe you'll get lucky...)

There is also Tek TDS calibration software that you can BUY,
apparently, at: http://www.intercalinc.com/tds.shtml .
