Tektronix 2200 Series Oscilloscopes

I need to find a source for service manuals for the 2213, 2231, 2235,
2252 Tektronix Oscilloscopes. I have operators manuals for them, but
need the service manuals.

Did you try Tek's web site? They have some service manuals for
download.
