Technology Aspects

Dear all,

I have a Memory Generator written completely in skill. The technology
being used is 0.18u process (HCMOS8D from ST microelectronics). The
basic parts used by the generator in the memories are easily
interchangeable in order to update the produced memories to new
technologies and with better structures for the parts.

I would like to know what are the other factors one has to look into
inorder to port the Memory Generator to lower technologys.
