Tech that needs help with toshiba MW24fm1 tv/vcr/dvd combo

working on the above set, dead, vert output blown in two, b+ 296v
everything in feedback seems ok. if you have a manual I get 4ohms across
d416 and 10ohms across d408
any help please from someone familiar with this set
