You don't seem to get much attention, hence this:

The TAA550 is an integrated stabilizer circuit; it behaves like a 33V
Zener diode, but the differential resistance and the thermal stability
should be significantly better.

Perhaps a TAA550 or MAA550 datasheet is available under
<http://www.freetradezone.com/>. If not:

I would expect the TAA550 to closely resemble the ZTK33 stabilizer
circuit (Vishay), a datasheet of which you can find on the web (Google).
To my knowledge, the latter contains 3 transistors, 4 resistors, and a
number of series connected Zener diodes (i.e. base-emitter diodes of
further transistors).
