I need a pinout and/or data on a TA7635p I.C. Please remove the "NS"

It is inside a Toshiba 27" TV tuner. I don't know if it is bad yet, just
looking for a pinout or data sheet on the chip so I can check the tuner out.

I assume it's a Toshiba chip. It has a big "T" on it and the tuner itself has
Toshiba's name on the board.
