T.V. Tunning

Hi
I have an R.C.A. chassis C.T.C. AA5F that won't change the channels, the
numbers sill change but the channel doesn't. I tried a tunner from another
set with the same number, that didn't change anything, dthen I changed the
tunning module and that didn't change anything, tried both parts in the
other set and it worked fine. Need some idea on what to try next.

How old is that tv?
Does it have Tv Guide/Gemstar on it?

Are you sure the tv is not set up for use with a cable box in the USER menu?
